Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026

7Eighty ("7Eighty," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, store, disclose, retain, and delete information received through our website, inquiry channels, and the private 7Eighty Operations Assistant.
1. Information collected through the website and inquiry channels

When you contact us or submit an inquiry through our website, social media, advertising forms, email, telephone, or text message, we may collect:

Your name, email address, and telephone number;
Details about your recording, rehearsal, mixing, mastering, project, booking, or event inquiry;
Communications and information you choose to provide; and
Basic technical information generated when you use the website or its forms.

If you submit an inquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects that information and provides it to us. Meta’s handling of information is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.

We use inquiry information to respond, provide quotes, schedule bookings, deliver requested services, maintain business records, and communicate about 7Eighty services. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

2. Google user data accessed by the 7Eighty Operations Assistant

The 7Eighty Operations Assistant is a private, owner-operated business tool. It is not offered as a public consumer application. When an authorized Google account holder grants consent, the assistant may access the following Google services and data:

Gmail: messages, message content, metadata, labels, and drafts; the authorized scopes may also permit sending messages and changing message or label state.
Google Drive: file and folder metadata, file contents, permissions, and organization; the authorized scopes may also permit creating, moving, renaming, sharing, or deleting files and folders.
Google Calendar: calendars, event details, attendees, locations, notes, and related metadata; the authorized scopes may also permit creating, updating, or deleting events.
Google Docs: document metadata and content; the authorized scopes may also permit creating or editing documents.
~Google Sheets: spreadsheet metadata and content; the authorized scopes may also permit creating or editing spreadsheets.^

The assistant does not request Google Contacts or Google Slides access under the current configuration.
3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide owner-requested 7Eighty operational functions, such as:

Inventorying and organizing authorized business files and folders;
Locating and summarizing owner-requested business information;

Preparing drafts and assisting with owner-authorized communications;

Supporting booking, scheduling, and calendar administration;

Creating or updating owner-approved operational documents and spreadsheets;

Maintaining owner-approved business records; and

Diagnosing security, authentication, or integration problems.

The assistant does not autonomously send messages, change sharing permissions, modify public content, move or delete files, change calendar entries, or perform other consequential actions without owner authorization.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, credit decisions, or surveillance. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train or improve general-purpose artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. Automated and service-provider processing
Owner-requested functions may use automated software and authorized service providers for cloud hosting, artificial-intelligence inference, communications, security, and system maintenance.

These providers may process only the information necessary to deliver the requested function or protect the service. They are not authorized by 7Eighty to use Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training general-purpose models.
Google user data is not intentionally delivered to a messaging channel or another person unless the account holder requests or approves that specific use, except where disclosure is necessary for security or required by law.

5. Storage and security

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in access-restricted files on 7Eighty’s private hosted system. Google user data may be processed temporarily while an owner-requested task is performed. Relevant information, summaries, or derived records may be retained in private operational files, authorized conversation history, or security and audit records when needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, troubleshoot, or protect the system.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained until the Google connection is revoked, replaced, or deleted. Google user data and derived operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized business purpose, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and maintenance of business records.

The Google account holder may request deletion of information controlled by 7Eighty by contacting us at [email protected]. We will delete or de-identify eligible information unless retention is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business-record obligations.

7. User control and revocation

A Google account holder may revoke the assistant’s access at any time through the Google Account third-party connections page:

https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically delete information previously incorporated into authorized business records. To request deletion of eligible retained information, contact [email protected].

8. Human access

Google user data is accessed by the 7Eighty owner or specifically authorized operators only when needed to provide an owner-requested function, address a security or support issue, comply with law, or maintain authorized business records. We do not permit unrelated human review of Google user data.

9. Disclosure required by law and business transfers

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requests; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate abuse; or complete a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets where legally permitted and subject to applicable notice or consent requirements.

10. Google API Services User Data Policy

7Eighty’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy
(https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required before using Google user data for a materially new purpose.
